“PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses was established as set forth in the Deed of Establishment of Bangun Kosambi Sukses Limited Liability Company No. 01 dated April 3, 2000, made before Djedjem Widjaja, S.H., M.H., Notary in Jakarta and has obtained the authorization of the Minister of Justice in accordance with Decree No. C-16935HT.01.01.TH.2000 dated August 8, 2000 and has been registered in the Company Register in accordance with Law No. 3 of 1982 concerning Compulsory Registration of Companies with Company Register number 09.01.1.70 at the Company Registration Office of the North Jakarta dated August 8, 2000 and has been registered in the Company Register in accordance with Law No. 3 of 1982 concerning Compulsory Registration of Companies with Company Registration Certificate number 09.01.1.70 at the Company Registration Office of North Jakarta with agenda number 1512/BH09.81/X/2006 dated October 5, 2006, and has been announced in Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia (“TBNRI”) No. 58 at the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia (“BNRI”) No. 1, dated January 2, 2001 (“Deed of Establishment of the Company”).”
